Return Eligibility

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Clear photos or videos of the product.

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged).

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We offer replacements or exchanges only for products that are:

  • Incorrectly delivered

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Order Cancellation
